You can request deletion of all your data at any time, directly from inside the app.
Launch LogicSnare on your device.
From the main menu, tap the gear/settings icon in the top right corner.
Scroll down in the settings dialog and tap the red "🗑 Delete My Data" button.
Confirm the deletion. Your request is sent to our server and processed immediately.
When you submit a deletion request from the app, we permanently remove all data associated with your device from our servers within 24 hours. The deletion is immediate in most cases.
After deletion, the app closes automatically. Reinstalling the app creates a new clean profile — there is no way to restore deleted data.
If you're unable to access the app (lost device, uninstalled, etc.), you can email us with your deletion request. Include your device ID if you have it; otherwise we will guide you through verification.
